While using one backup plan you may decide to change it for another one which will better suit your current backup needs. For example, you might want to expand your storage capacity because the amounts of data that you need to back up have increased.
Expanding your data storage place
- If you want to increase the storage capacity of your account, you can buy some extra space by contacting our technical support team. We will provide all information on how to expand your account.
- Or you can register a new account with a larger capacity than your current one.
Extending service contract
If you want to extend the service contract, you should buy a storage space, contact our technical support managers, inform them about the contract prolongation you would like to make, and follow the instructions given to you.
